Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you. It usually takes 1-2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out, then 5-7 business days for delivery to mainland United Kingdom.
Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or abnormal conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking information. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency at the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Light Turtle® will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees. 

SHIPPING

We currently ship to most countries and regions around the world. For the locations that we do charge a shipping fee, please check the exact cost during checkout.

Standard Shipping is free of charge from a purchase value of $99 or more. A delivery charge of $8.99 will be applied to orders below this purchase value for ground shipping. The ground shipping time is generally 10-15 business days.

The following shipping methods are additionally available:Expedited Shipping-$25.99- delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love them.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product during the 30-night trial period, we’re happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return or exchange process.
To be eligible for a return or exchange , the product(s) must be clean, undamaged, unwashed, in its original packaging and please postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery.
The product listed below are not eligible for the 30-night trial:

  • Gift Cards
  • Any final sale products

Within a 30-day free trial period, we offer free returns. The original order value including the shipping cost will be fully refunded to customers.

To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at service@lightturtlehiking.com with your order number. If your product(s) is in the trial period, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product(s), we will send the refund of your order to your original payment account or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.

It typically takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
