Shipment Processing Time
After placing your order with lightturtlehiking.com, we guarantee to confirm it within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email detailing your order specifics shortly after confirmation.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days post-confirmation. Orders placed after 4pm PT are processed the next business day. Consequently, orders made post-4 pm PT on Fridays are scheduled for the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way, featuring your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 4 days of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Light Turtle® is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other duties incurred on your order. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are payable upon or after delivery.
Damages
Light Turtle® is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.

You will receive a tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email when your order is shipped out.* If you cannot track your parcel with the tracking numbers, please try again after a few hours as the carrier needs time to active it. If you still cannot track the parcel, please contact our Customer Service.
Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping is free of charge from a purchase value of $99 or more. A delivery charge of $8.99 will be applied to orders below this purchase value for ground shipping. The ground shipping time is generally 7-15 business days.

Expedited Shipping - $25.99 - delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. We will Process your orders within 2 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation including a tracking number as soon as we have transferred the order to our logistics partner.
Light Turtle® online purchases can be shipped to destinations within United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, France, German, Italy, Spain, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

The delivery address can be different from the billing address.At the check-out page, in the second step with "Your Details", please untick the box dedicated "Delivery Address same as Billing Address". After unticking the box, the billing address section will appear.
- Shipping to military address, APOs/ DPOs/ FPOs or outside the 50 states (i.e. Virgin Islands): there is no tracking number or tracking link to check your delivery.
- Shipping to post office boxes, APOs/ DPOs/ FPOs and outside the 50 states (i.e. Virgin Islands) is only available with Standard Shipping. The shipping cost is 25.99$ and returning items from these addresses is not free.
Other
Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency at the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Light Turtle® will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
