We started preparing for a shell jacket that represents the personality of the Light Turtle brand in early April 2023, and the product fnally hit the shelves at the end of September, taking about six months from start to fnish.

To ensure sales, we initially designed a conventional version with a center zipper. After two months of sampling and modifications with the clothing factory, we began to question if such a mundane product truly represented us.

After intense discussions, the team unanimously agreed that society had imposed too many rules upon us, and it was time to break the mold.

We wanted to create an armor that empowers people to confront the meaningless burdens, find themselves, and find freedom.

We found a new design concept, featuring a cool contrasting diagonal zipper with a turtle walking on it. We designed a waterproof oversized kangaroo pocket while retaining two easily accessible hand pockets.

Our factory maintained excellent quality control, with precise cutting and bonding. We succeeded.

However, this jacket still has some flaws. For example, the bottom of the diagonal zipper is on the right side of the body, and the zipper is not straight, making it somewhat uncomfortable the first time you wear it.

If this is a concern, please refrain from purchasing. If you're willing to adapt, feel free to take it home without hesitation.

We know that this unusual jacket won't have great sales, and many might leave negative reviews due to the unconventional zipper.
